Bryce is still so skinny that it looks as if he could walk through the doorcrack without having to take the chain off. Bryce hugging me so hard that it feels like his thin arms might snap. Apparently he has fond memories from Mrs. Morrison's class, never mind that I would poke him in the neck with a pencil but it was all in good fun, right? No hard feelings now.
