Is There a Civil War Between Commoners and Majors?

The empress is attempting to end the class divisions between commoners and majors by appealing to the council of majors. Prophion, however, just keeps showing up and pointing out and a calling her an evil tyrant,. A lot of bad faith arguments, and she storms off. And so we are left with the feeling that there is definitely going to be a civil war between the majas and people that are loyal to the empress. Luckily, the empress has gold dragons, which are unstoppable, super powerful, super smart wizard dragons... We'll see what happens.
