The Importance of Joe Biden in Foreign Policy

There is this misunderstanding that joe biden was like a moderate and he was going to moderate in all things foreign policy mean bob gates had it right when he said he's basically been but the wrong on foreign policy for forty years. He makes really foolish decisions like going after the Saudis come you know when we really needed them so maybe we should take some comfort from him.
