Those who have spiritual and religious practices tend to be happier, healthier and live longer than those that don't. In a secular society, where many people have lost touch with traditional religions, is that they, on the whole, get depressed? So presumably, this lack of religious and spiritual practices bad for health. i think militant atheism should come with a health warning. Because in so far as it puts people off their traditional religion and religious practices, then it's likely to harm people. Spiritual practices are not going away. On the contrary, they're increasing in their reach.
