Our brain's ability to execute long term tasks that are not immediately rewarding or governed by the meso cortical pathway. When people get too like dope minergic, dopamen heavy, when their meso limbic pathway dominates their meso cerebral pathway, what we actually wind up with is people unable to engage in action that is not immediately rewarding. So it's sort of like they can't do what they should and can only do what they want. Ok.
