Is There a Typical Weakness in Anterior Instability?

As physios, we want to check for impairments that we can modify. Most patients with anterior instability of the shoulder tend to be weaker on external rotation strength. But yeah, I think some of it is a bit of subjectivity. Does it does it feel like these people take load? Can they single arm weight bear without the feeling of the shoulder giving way? Some of these exercises can always be part of your functional training and become part of the rehab program.
