How to Buy Land for Your Business

For the most part we're buying rural vacant land meaning an hour to two out of major cities. Our minimum is five acres at this point and we'll go up to some areas are 10 acres minimum. Most of these properties would be considered a potential home site or potential subdivision play. Sometimes they are people looking to just buy a piece of property away from the city that they can get away from to use for recreational purposes, maybe immediately or potentially in the future.
