Having your safety nets of emergency fund and getting rid of lik consumer debt or high interest debt, that is better than scoring stocks on a really low price. You don't have to invest so much money just ecause a market's crashed. It's like if you were in your local mall and your favorite store when on sale. Yes, you'd be a little bit bummed if you didn't have the extra cash to go ut and like, rebuy your favourite liner now that it's on sale. But do you have to buy ten liners just to make sure you got the sale? Probably not.
