Training plans are written by one person about one runner, really. This is like, when I was younger, I used to this workout video with my mom, it was Rosemary Connolly. And then there was a woman called Debbie, and she was just sort of, if it was run, she would walk. If it was on me, Debbie was the woman for me. Training plans should work around you. It's a bit tricky but I did a couple where I took a Friday off,. because I was like, this is like a treat day.
