What we would expect is that the d o j will leverage some of those that it charge to get more evidence against bigger fish. Who do you think the audience for this presentation was? Is it wavering republic cans? Are they trying to convince trump friendly republicans that they're wrong? Or is the audience history or something grander than that? It can be one of the above. Certainly, the committee is motivated by a sense of laying down a record for history.
