The First Practice, the First Key, Is Mindfulness

In our practice, in the teachings of the buddha, we speak about the first training, which is mindfulness. And mindful s means to be aware of what is happening in the here and now. So when i am overwhelmed, i breathe in as it is a bridge for me to focus on something, rather than my non stop mind that is creating 20 thousand different stories.
