Putting on a Binder Reduces Pelvic Volume
The next one decreases pelvic volume. This is a really interesting one and actually still kind of relatively controversial because I think that they're looking around at all of the research out there. It's been fairly conclusively shown that it does decrease pelvic volume by putting on a binder. How significant that reduction in volume clinically is, I think is still pretty much up for debate. And then the fourth reason that we want to put one of these binders on, as Rob very, aptly told us, is that it would decrease pain.
