The Relationship Between Culture and Strategic Goals
Gareth Southgate has probably had the best results consistently than any other England manager and then those psychology has been a big part of it in the culture. The players weren't necessarily historic anecdotally the players were saying well we weren't looking forward to coming to England you know. But what Gareth Southgate seems to have done ably assisted by everybody around him including the Sykes has been changing that that culture linking culture with strategic goals. It requires a lot of leadership skill insight foresight developing the right kind of processes putting the right processes and practices in place as a leader.
