Defamation is still a wrong, as we've seen in one of the most fascinating cases that we've had in years. We maybe not put enough weight upon one's word, name and honour. If some were bad mouthed us within our communities, we lose something very significant. And there is a sense in which a lot more is jeopardized than we might initially think. But at the same time, those concepts remain very important in ways that we do see in such court cases, the deat herd case.
