How to Make a Millionaire and Billionaire?
There's a lot of room for improvement around granting and funding individuals. I think in particular, make a millionaire and billionaires. Granting the metric is really hard to measure because you don't know what success looks like. A successful act of giving a grant to someone has no real easy way to kind of confer status back on the person who did it.
