Mindfulness Is Just Like Body Can Hit the Gim and Get a Little More Fit

i really enjoy normalizing the idea of mindfulness, but also because i think it's a useful model any one can use. Mindfulness doesn't mean you're have a quiet mind, if that's actually, i realize i switched the slide order, so i'll get to that in a second. No one is calm all the time, with or without adh d. So we're just trying to build this trait of being more aware in any particular situation,. which i think is a particularly valuable way of approaching skilful communication.
