QVC: A Dying Brand?

QVC is a $10 billion EV with $6.7 billion of debt, $1 billion of cash, $4 and a half of market cap. For that, not only do you get all that debt, you're going to get a $3 per share distribution of preferred stock yielding 8% for the next 10 years. The stub is going to be a super-levered equity that I suspect they turn the buyback machine on once they prove out that the entity can survive. It's really, really hard to get excited about its QVC and HSN. You really want to get fired for owning that.
