Jimmy sent me this picture. He took down his wallet with trembling fingers. It was a photograph of the house, cracked corners and dirty. With many hands, he pointed out every detail to me. This is a book he had when he was a boy. It just shows you. I don't know how he knew about the funeral or even his thick glasses. The rain poured down on them unrolled from gadsby's grave. And i could only remember, without resentment, that daisy hadn't sent a message... Dimly, some one said: 'To god be the glory'
