The galilee earthquake was a pair of severe tremors on the eighteenth and nineteenth of may in the year three 63. Another chronicler named thomas from the rasena region wrote the following account: The land was shaken, and mighty prodigies took place, and fire consumed great numbers of them. Many christians too, living in these regions as well as the majority of the jews, perished at that scourge. Hyfa flowed with blood for three days.
