Harry, I'm kind of bearish at these, the collateral damage of what's going to happen because of this impairment and value. And on the other hand, I can see that you if you're in the right place at the right time and you know what you're doing there is unprecedented opportunity going on here. There's a touch of irony about that isn't there, but I suppose that irony is always always there in investment. The bigger the disaster, the bigger the bigger the opportunity. Tom, thank you so much.
