How Does the Culture Shape the Behavior of Individuals?

I see geographical differences. I've obviously worked a lot in North America and Europe. From my training, I look at how my training was very different than someone going through similar training in North America. The other thing I also see is there are always outliers. You're not a generic person, I see immense. A curious mind that asks lots of questions and is constantly on that path to link.
