Will the Supreme Court Take DC Circuit Cases?

The Fifth Circuit recently rendered an opinion in a case called Cargill v. Garland. That was about whether statutory text essentially allowing the regulation of machine guns applied to these devices. I think all of those factors are coming together to make people think it's just a matter of time before the Supreme Court squarely addresses Chevron.
