Caleb Harrison's Trial

Caleb Harrison faced court in January 2009. His lawyer argued that Caleb should receive no jail time, stating that Caleb was rehabilitated and incredibly remorseful. The judge said that the gravity of the offense and the degree of responsibility required incarceration. He sentenced Caleb to 18 months jail with a further two years probation.
