AMD Has Sony More Cores Available Than Intel Builds Right Now

Part of the reason AMD has more cores available is because AMD isn't shipping AVX 512. Intel's attempts to work around that has meant AVX 512 has a really loose meeting and there's like seven different versions of it with different letters after it. And so they're just going to issue a BIOS update that disables AVX 512 globally, which tells you how great that was.
