How to Hire a Googler

When you look at the resumes of people who want to be Googlers, what I would look for is evidence of grit. What I don't think you should do is use the grit scale. And my best idea, which hasn't been tested, right? If there is something that people are going to have to do at Google, and it's particular obvious to their job, that is really hard where you can set up a mini grit experiment.
