Is There Something Here That Could Lead in Better Directions?
We need an alternative imean thre's a lot more to say about how our society has reached this point. One of the powerful accounts i think people could gain a lot from reading is rand's account of the decline, of explanation ofOur intellectual culture. Why do people gravitate towards collectives and particular tribes? There's no explanation for that without seeing that if you tell people that they can't think, and they can't choose their own goals in life, be justified in doing that,. They're going to seek some authority. And t the authority of a group is often what people gravitate to. So, ta, there's a lot to understand about how we got here
