Getting New Contributors Onboarded on Open Source Projects

I think it's also valuable for people to have some perspective about how new contributors might start. There may be some people who already have a full time job and they already are doing their normal job, but just they want to do something extra on top. So that's what I would encourage people is see which project in Bitcoin or in open source fighter you like and where you would just enjoy spending time with other people.
