The Hedonistic Treadmill

I was a 21 year old kid at the time and I'd only come to know Christ a few years before. And I'm on this mission trip and we played in a stadium of 60,000 people the day before,. but now I'm standing in the middle of nowhere Africa. So for me, it's really become about how do I aim the target of my life at significance instead of aiming at success? "The hedonic treadmill" is an idea that you can never really get off because the more of it that you get, the more ofit that you want.
