Is Diversity Enough for Tolerance?

Job-creating economic growth is fundamental. This creates demand for immigrants and sustains appreciation of ethnic diversity as we see in London or Toronto. Cities have long attracted skilled workers enabling diversity and fostering collaborative creativity. So my third little point is that diversity is clearly not sufficient for tolerance. What matters is where the groups are seen as equally competent and deserve a new status.
