Tuesdays, th Thursday and sunday are what we call focus or key sessions. So if we're working hard on tuesday, we've worked hard on sunday. Monday should be a easy, comfortable swim,. maybe a jim specific workout. Tuesdays and maybe a solid brick session. It doesn't mean it's a heart. When i say hard, what i meant was it's a longer or more important session. But you don't lose one week every four weeks by doing that approach.
