I loved your mention of product led growth. I mean, I don't know how else you really can do it. You mentioned this sounds like an amazing leader who came in and instilled this developer for his banner. Was it up to your group, like the info group, to really propagate this? Or was this really, and he kind of touched on it by mentioning it was captured in all hands? It's one of the most important and most visible initiatives at Airbnb. We have this collection initiative called "TextStack 2.0" and this piece internally is called Air Dev.
