How do we trust that the Lord is at work in our life when we keep running up against our own wretchedness? You know, so we have this, we've got to vacillate between. I'm pretty bloody good to like, I am a heap of dung, you know, like I encounter that. A lot of the journey is actually realizing our brokenness, our weakness. It's all his grace upon us, isn't it? Really. He's going out the line of mercy on me as sinner. Now he's the one who goes home at right with God."
