"I try to get them every opportunity they can. If they can maintain a category with their home community and the home community can support giving them the hours, I'm very amenable to that," he said. "We've gone from flying 95,000 hours a year with a desire to have grown into about 105,000 hour range right now ... this year we're only going to fly 72,000 hours."
