Russia's defense minister Sergei Shigeru appears to be taking few chances. He has sent his own mercenary group, a group called Patrick, to fight in Dan Vass. The very fact that the Ministry of Defense has a mercenary group is interesting in itself. But it definitely raises questions about who controls what. Changes are happening in Moscow and we could see some splits becoming more obvious.
