i think that this was such a itis, an eye opening study in a lot of ways. It was also extremely unethical, done dot a long time ago. The task was to kind of tear apart the world view of these college sophomores who showed up for it. And they were just dragged through this horrible experience of not only unravelling, but also seeing themselves unravel. There's some speculation that one of the participants was so deeply affected by it that he went and became the una bomber.
