Is There a Style of Leadership That Is Different From Yours?

I feel like it does come from you how the style of leadership and it's a combination. I always tell my kids surround yourself with people that make you a better person that they get you. Some people lead with fear and have fear based respect and some people lead with more compassion. It's really important to create a team around you however big or small it could be one person but that just gets you. My assistant Matthew really gets me and he knows when I get a little crazy it's just part of the day and he doesn't take it personally. When you have great chemistry with somebody it makes life so much fun for sure.
