Corporate Profits and Inflation

Corporates themselves are actually coming out of this in a very strong position. The inflation issue is complicated because not all corporates have the same imput cost or the power to pass on those high prices to their customers. So some sectors will be better protected than others. Interestingly, i think the financials is a very interesting sector. But they are one of the sectors that stands to benefit from this rising rate environment.
