The Relationship Between Soul and Intellect

Plotinus thinks the soul and physical universe must be everlasting, that is infinite in past and future time. This sounds like he is using temporal concepts for eternity after all, writes Andrew Keen. How could any kind of duration be an image of something that totally lacks duration? And there's yet another puzzle here regarding soul's relationship to intellect - how then does it get lost and regained?
