i find that most people i know do struggle with that inner tad of them selves. And i think because maybe we don't realize the importance of the inner sense of worthiness and value. In other words, if you feel happy, you naturally smile. It's a reflex reaction because the positive emotional centres of the brain are connected in some ways to thee smile muscles. This is based on this by directionaf relationship between your how you feel and how that feeling is expressed on your physical body.
