The Mac app especially is janky in a ton of ways. By default the app has a home screen on the Mac, right? Which you can turn off. There is no column view everything is all in one window. I don't need an app to tell me how to do email and by default they want you to only have access to your inbox a couple of times a day. Like this is not going to sell more subscriptions for you.
