Employee retention in a very tight talent market must be tremendous benefits to the organisation. We want great relationships with people's line managers, you know, so we care about their wellbeing and mental health. And this technology is one of the ways that we're bringing it back to life. But for sure, these philosophies around talent and development are very important to us. So our change management was much more in flight work with it whilst we've gotten rather than this heavy level of preparation before you go live.
