The Importance of Reputation in Wedding Catering
The stakes for a caterer are incredibly high now, I think. The competition and the fact that most weddings appear on Instagram within a few days is hard because you can't miss anything. And there's so much that can go wrong, especially when we're in a field, when we've got no backup. There's no one we can call on really to get to us. It's not an hour away or more. You just try and bend over backwards for everyone.
