Introduction

Emergence Magazine is located on the unseated ancestral lands of the coast Miwok people of present day Marin County. Each week we feature a new interview, narrated essay or story exploring the threads connecting ecology, culture and spirituality. One of the first stories we released on Emergence back in 2018 was a virtual reality experience exploring the transformative nature of true listening. We've adapted this experience for the podcast as an invitation to once again listen.
