What's the Point of Lensing in a Film?
I don't remember standing in the warehouse with a lens. I mean, you might stand in the space and talk about it. Don't often do that, I don't think. So when you're giving instructions, or not instructions, but when you're talking with a production designer, do you feel that that's when you're imparting the idea of the format is for that movie? Ordo you feel that you're not thinking about the format?
