Electoral Count Act - It's a Bipartisan Achievement

A lot of Republicans aren't happy about this at all. Kevin McCarthy, who wants it very much to be House Speaker when Republicans take over the House next month, he's vowing to take a hard line against any Senators who backed this spending deal.
