There was a huge run up in tech between eighty and eighty three. That actually that launched a shake out of the venture industry far more severe than the one that we experienced in 2001. So it wasn't a stock market crash but it was a mini crash for the tech industry. Ah and so some of those companies started they didn't deliver on their expectations, then the market basically said enough we don't want any more of these IPOs which is a huge number of tech IPOs between 1980 and 1983.
