A good night's sleep is almost without exception the single best thing that we can do. If you don't have REM sleep, if you're going to bed drunk every night, it's just a disaster for productivity the next day. There might be times where your body wakes up early because it feels ready to go. But aiming to generally average around seven and a half to eight hours sleep seems like a very good life lesson.
