Shared Leadership for the Global Team

The leader recognizes that they cannot be there all the time, but they do have team members that can also take in take on roles that typically we attribute to the leader. So for instance, and it could be a very simple type of example would be something like rotating chairmanship and team meetings. And so I think that's really an interesting concept to start thinking about embracing delegation and taking it perhaps even one step further with shared leadership.
