i can't wait to get back to the beach when it's warmer and kayak. I love just dancing around my room. And sometimes i might actually hold weights while i'm on the vibration plate. The effect that i am getting from that is so much more then you can get from the gem, especially when you line up like the amount of time you would have to spend at the gem.
