Is Russia Running Out of Soldiers?

Russia is not going to be running out of boots on the ground. Ukraine so far has been restricted from hitting Russian targets inside Crimea, which Russia took in 2014. That's a very deliberate policy by the West because they don't want to start a wider war with NATO. A lot of Russian assets are essentially untouched.
